Processes - Project Management Is Our Common Language

How We Deliver: Processes

The Value of Processes

Without formal processes, project teams cannot reliably repeat successes or consistently avoid known mistakes. Processes institutionalize best practices, providing workflow for tasks and a framework for attaching tools, roles and metrics. They are the basis for training, the foundation for scalability and continuous improvement and the vehicle for ensuring consistent, predictable and efficient project delivery. Processes enable distributed team members to align expectations and reliably exchange assignments and work products. They may be implemented in many ways, from flexible Agile guidelines to highly rigorous formal procedures depending on the needs of a project, but regardless of form, processes remain essential to project success.

How Dextrys Delivers

A deeply process oriented company, Dextrys shares a framework of formal processes across all facets of our operations. Central to our Global Delivery Model, our processes ensure consistency and seamless handoffs between our clients and our onsite and offshore teams. They embody our best practices, capture performance metrics and enable us to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our delivery. We implement our processes through our quality management system (SQMS), which models processes from the policy level down to the specific templates, forms and documents used to implement those processes.
